I have problem with the internet, the team manager promised the technician will call me at 5pm to help. She said 10 minutes before 5 pm someone will call to confirm I am home to work on the problem.
Rush home after work to wait for call and very disappointed no one call.
This is the second time in a week TPG have done this to me.
No internet again.
