Are you with 5G home broadband? If so, the e-connote to return the modem will be sent by the end of the billing cycle to the e-mail address associated with the account.

I am trying to return the modem for the first month trial, the speed is very slow . I have called couple of times, still waiting for consignment email to return. Today I got a SMS , if not returned it will cause as 612$ no return fee. Is this a scam ?
