I work from home and rely on Internet for the whole day.
My internet stopped working on 22/02/2021 without given any notice. I was without work for half of that day (un paid). Dont know who is going to pay for that loss.
Today (09/03/2021) there was a planned maintenance scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM which i was not at all notified about. This means I will have to take a DAY OFF. (who is going to pay for that?).
I am going to Telecommunications Industry ombudsman for complaint.
Very very bad service. very frustrating.
It is time to switch to someone else.
