TPG NOT ANSWERING

I have sent 5 emails, called customer support multiple times, written on the Facebook page - NOTHING. TPG is not answering or responding. My internet is not working now for the second time this month. I need somebody to fix this as I work from home! This is the worst customer experience I’ve had with a provider. I need someone to contact me immediately!!!
