Ticket number 10385996 - the Internet is not working since 8:30AM. I got SMS from TPG that the nbn outage is resolved and I have unplugged my modem and restarted it twice. Despite this It is not working
This problem is since last monday. Also the NBN website does not indicate any outage in my area.
Canyou please check this up ?
Also for the last 6-7 weekdays - I have not had internet since 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Can I receive a proportionate refund for this period of the fees paid.
