TPG publish within their website infomation on how to deal with slow NBN speeds. Within that information TPG advise what the "Minimum Acceptable Speed" ("MAS") is for different NBN plans, eg. for a TPG 100 plan the MAS is 30Mbps, for a TPG 50 plan the MAS is 15Mbps, etc.
Can anyone please advise who determined what the Minimum Acceptable Speed is for different NBN speed plans?
(I have checked both the NBN website and the ACCC website and cannot find any reference to what the Minimum Acceptable Speed is for retail consumers of speed plans sold by providers.)
