I have been waiting for three weeks for the FTTC install to be completed.
My nbn box and modem are connected but only the power and connection lights are blue on the nbn box. The DSL and LAN lights aren’t on. We only have one phone point and I have reset and restarted the box.
Chat doesn’t work. Neither do any of the phone numbers. Neither does complaints.
I urgently need the internet for my small business to function. My partner needs it to teach from home.
The ombudsman advised me that because this is a residential account not a business one they can't treat it as an urgent matter.
