I was in a live chat earlier and I want to terminate my service. The costumer service agent said they will connect me to other department to handle the case but never connected. I manage to connect to a live chat again and agin he said the same thing but nothing happen. What to do? I don’t want to be billed again for the next month or the coming months.
Should I tell my bank to discontinue my billing to tpg to stop them?
