Get online support
I have been having issues with the connection speed despite being NBN. I am only receiving download speed of less than 2 and upload speed of 0.1! I need this fixed as soon as possible because I subscribed to NBN with the hope that I can run my telehealth from home. This is sounding ridiculous

Thanks Peter, could you get back to me on this matter. I have already PM you. Hope this can be resolved quickly as the poor connectivity seems incompetible with the nature of my work - telehealth. Thanks for your understanding
