I have tried everyday this week beginning Monday 27 April to speak to someone at TPG but I'm either kept on hold for hours or am disconnected. A recording twice told me that someone would call me back on the phone number I was using but I received no call back. I emailed twice and just got an automated reply and am still waiting to hear back....i tried the online chat tool and the person on the other end couldn't answer my query and ended our conversation!

it is now Friday 1st May and I am currently on hold with tpg and have been waiting on line since 2.30pm. It is now 5:45pm and still no one answering my call!! What is going on? I'm so frustrated and shocked!!!!!!!!!!
