I registered new installation yesterday and emails have been received for new account details, tax invocie and notification saying that the equipment has been dispatched this afternoon.
Well I am moving into new new premise on 8 Jan, if the equipment arrives before the date who will be responsible if it is missing in case. It was so wired, when I called them yesterday to register new installation they didn't ask the moving date, so I told them I am moving on 8 Jan. They seemed to be unorganized and pushing ahead. Please raise your answer to my question, how I can receive the equipment if it is delivered before I move in.

When we the payment is posted on the account the installation will automatically commence, TPG FTTB application takes approximately 10 working days however in some cases can take up to 20 working days.
We've seen that you have been in touched with one of our Account Specialists earlier today and discussed details about installation schedule.
If no one is available to receive the parcel it will be dropped to the nearest Local Post Office and an SMS will be sent to you on where to pick up including the latest delivery status.
