Tpg broadband

I just want to know
If the broadband provided of Tpg by adsl2 it’s rental from Telstra or its it’s own because every time it’s goes down cames a Telstra technician to fix it
I know the phone it’s rental from Telstra

Thanks for the question.

We have our own equipment at ADSL enabled exchanges and utilise the existing copper infrastructure into existing homes. Depending on what the fault is and where it is located determines who addresses the concern.
