I've decided to opt out of TPG to another service provider. My new service provider has just told me not to cancel the TPG service as they will be processing the transfer.

Am I still required to write a letter of
Cancellation to tpg ?
Or cancel the service through accounts

Can you please confirm if this will be the case? Thank you
