Currently your modem is getting 70.3/25.5 Mbps sync speed. your plan is nbn superfast but based on nbn traffic class 4 sync speed can very between 25-100/5-40 Mbps. That's reason your speed test result 60/24 Mbps, For Download it can get upto 67 Mbps if nothing else connected to your network and please try to use wired/5g wireless for better transfer rate.
