Get online support
Hi,
I have recently upgaraded my NBN plan to Tier 3, $89/month.
However there is no change with the speed and sometimes it is just above 20 mb/s
Only used through ethernet cable.
I have attached the test result for the reference.
Can you tell me why?

I've located your account using your Community details and has ran remote tests.
Currently, the result of the tests does not show a physical issue on the line.
I would recommend that we have one of our technicians to give you a call to resolve this issue and do real time testing with you as there are other factors that would affect your internet speeds.
