URGENT: NBN down since 10 am today

Is there a NBN outage in Windsor Gardens SA-5087 since morning 10? I am working from home everyday and last week 3 days went down from 10 am to 4 pm and today it went down at 10 am and didn't come online yet. Can you please address my issue at the earliest please?
