I cannot send emails from a slave account, all accounts can receive emails. Primary account can send and receive emails.
This has only occurred in the past 2 weeks.
Have called TPG twice and have not had any response.

We'd like to confirm if the Slave email account is on the same device where primary email is set up.
If yes, does it shows an error message when sending an email? Please post the screen shot of the error message on this thread.
If no, please check the outgoing mail server of the email client.
For testing purposes, try to use TPG post office to send an email let us know how it will go.
