Unstable Adsl2+ speed

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing very unstable connection speed since yesterday.

It constantly goes up and down, and especially when downloading some files, the download speed is very unstable, and hardly reaches its usual speed.

I’ve tried everything I could at my end. Rebooting the modem, disconnect and reconnect the lines, nothing worked.

Possible line issues?

Hi @landonkoo0207, we have checked the status of your connection and we are not detecting any fault on the line or network that may affect the speed at the moment. Have you tried checking the speed using only one device connected via ethernet cable or Wi-Fi? Can you send us the speed test result?
