Unstable NBN Internet Connection

I have been experiencing an unstable Internet connection since last Monday.

The speed can vary between 0.2mbps to 46mbps, the unstable connection has made it hard to have online meetings.

I have called about the issue and the internet was fast when I called so the said the ticket is closed. I have reset the NBN box and modem and the issue is persistent. 

I have attached a file with the internet download speed for the past week. 

Does anyone have suggestions on how to make the connection reliable?
