NBN Archer c1200 modem. Both NBN and modem reset. Was faster at NBN 50. Spoke to TPG who said they tested at 60-90mbps. This does not make sense to me.
See attached TPG speed test. Very upset with slow speed. This is fibre to the house (new within the last year).
Please help with ideas. I am sure the problem is with TPG. My router and NBN box have been reset and are working fine. I think a TPG tech needs to press a button somewhere??? Please
