Upgraded to NBN Superfast this week, up from NBN50.
Supposed to have gone from 50Mbps download / 17 upload, to 210mbps download / 21 upload.
After having done multiple Internet speed tests and at different times, resetting my NBN box and my TPG Modem (TpLink Archer c1200), I'm only hitting 50mps download and 21mbps upload.
Have tried to call, no answer.
Ideas? Do I need a new modem? I'm standing right next to my modem, which is connected to my NBN box, when I conduct the speed tests. If anything our Internet actually seems worse after the 'upgrade'
