Upload Speed Capped

Hi Team,

Still waiting on this engineer to call since last Friday. My upload speed went from 35 down to 10 and lower sometimes 2. Please have this sorted ASAP. I am on the Super Fast Speed.

My apologies if you are not able to reach our support people.

Have you tried to power off for 5min and power on the NBN NTD (black box), I will advice you to do some troubleshooting first.

Hi,

Yes i have done this multiple times and nothing has changed. See attached Ookla speedtest, and TPG speed test.

- Changed all the connectors from TAP down.

- The only thing i have not channged is the NTD but highly doubt that is the issue.

If the NTD has to be replaced please PM me so i can give you details to have the internal NBN Tech to have this replaced by myself.

Is that speed by a wireless connection? It may be a bandwith control configuration on the wireless setting.

If you can access by wire and check that option?.
