My account name is xxxxxand i was living in xxxxxxx, Canberra from 31/07/2019 to 31/01/2020. Now the problem is: My plan, was a half year plan, at least at that time when i applied for my plan. But after i left xxxxxx 2912, even left Australia, TPG keeps deducting money (60 dollars every month) from my bank account, until today. I've submitted cancel request like 10 times but no any reply or any andive comes to me. Also, my email sent to TPG email address (email@example.com) cannot be delivered because of unknown reasons. I cannot make a phone call right now because i'm already back China. Now i just want to cancel my plan immediately, and if you can, refund the money i paid for no reason after 31/01/2020. If you doubt if i really left that apartment long time ago, you can simply check my account usage from 31/01/2020 until now. I'm really confused why i cannot clean my payment details and still pay money every month to TPG for no reason, and why in the 21st century just a simple service cancellation can that hard and complicated.
PLEASE contact me and if you need any evidence that prove i'm paying money every month or anything else, please let me know.
