Get online support
I have upgradred my internet connection to NBN50 and I am having problem with VOIP cutting out all the time - takes a while to come back to green signal (5 minutes).
Also WLAN is CUTTING OUT but not as bad as VOIP.
I thought I will not have a problem when I upgragded to NBN50; I found it was not better; maybe faster that what I had. I did not have a problem before with VOIP and WLAN; only slower phase.
Could you please investigate. Thank you.
