Very Slow ADSL

Have run speed test - getting under 1Mbps. Very slow all day. Router reset - no change.
Please help

I was able to locate your account using your Community details and seen the current status of your connection. I have escalated this matter to our Engineer to have this investigated and schedule a technician's visit to attend the fault.
