Get online support
How can I get support from TPG when the online chat doesn't seem to be working? I've wasted a lot of time trying to contact TPG. My download speed is very slow and upload doesn't seem to be working. Customer ID 4144146.

I can see you are in NBN 12 plan which is the standard plan and I can see you are getting right speed.
There is also a new ''TPG Mobile APP'' to help you with various trouble shooting and account issues, via a mobile phone app.

Can you please advise of your speed results ( please run at least 3 X with aWIRED connection )
and post the results, when possible.
