Very very slow Internet

These two days my internet came very very slow, nearly unuasable. Someone from TPG called me in the morning, but it was cut off. I reset it, but didn't work. What can I do?

I was able to locate your account using your community details and ran initial tests on your service. Test result shows multiple dropouts on your service but no line faults were detected. I made an adjustment on your connection to make it more stable and I will monitor your service for the next 24hrs.


I'd like to set your expectation that in dropouts will still occur, I will need to arrange a call from one of our Technicians for further test and investigation.
