Waiting for our move its been 3+ weeks

We requested to move home over 3 weeks ago sent 2 emails, been on live chat and called all to no avail, we are not happy and will be canceling our service this is beyond a joke, every time we contact tpg they say the same thing, EMAIL US!??? but we have on a couple of times with no reply, this is utterly disgusting customer service! CANCEL MY PLAN RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!
