Warranty of 5G home broadband modem

I am willing to sign up for a plan with TPG 5G home broadband but I noticed the modem provided by TPG needs to be returned in good working condition if we cancel the broadband within 3 years. This is a reasonable condition but I worry about the warranty. Does the 5G home broadband modem come with a 3-year warranty?
