My ADSL connection hasn't been working for the past 2 days. I am unable to ring anyone and I have just sat waiting for over 2 hours on your online chat to be passed around 3 people then have my chat closed. Now I an unable to launch a new chat. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

 

How do I get someone to fix this???
