Where is the upgrade which you confirmed on 27 March. Five days later I am still waiting.

Dear TPG, You confirmed on 27 March that you had received my order for an internet upgrade. You further advised that you would email me within 1 day when the process was complete. Five days later, I have heard nothing more from you. Can you advise. I am a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
