I have 3 weeks of No-Service between February and March because TPG and NBN took their time to solve the problem and missed two appoinbtments that were set by then. There is a thread on this in the TPG Community.
In the end they offered a miserable compensation in a Month of fee-free service.
Checked the credit card statement today and, sure enough, they charge me full fee.
Who can you trust?
I think TPG is another scumbag company and they use their size and structure to mistreat people who have no recourse but abandon them and go somewhere else, in the hands of aother scumbag organisation.
