Why cant I send emails to Info@foher.co (.co rather than .com)

Why cant I send emails from our TPG account to Info@foher.co (.co rather than .com)

 

I cant send or receive from this address, yet I can from my icloud address

 

We get timeout messages 

 

 

Perhaps somebody at TPG might monitor questions and look at the server settings to work out why
