We've had some issues with our NBN not connecting due to various reasons and received an email from TPG that the installation had been cancelled, however since Saturday our normal WiFi is not working either. I spoke to customer service for NBN and they said our ADSL shouldn't have been affected by our NBN cancellation.
Could a technician please contact me to check why our WiFi stopped working?
2 of the green lights have stopped working and we hadn't disconnected any cords/power etc before this so I don't understand what have happened. We have tried to turn it off and back on but with no success.

Is there anything we can do here? My phone is eating the data as there is no wifi anymore. I can't afford to wait until the NBN arrives... I'm still paying for this and I am quite disappointed in the TPG service considering I have no NBN and now no working wifi. Is there anything you can do to get my WiFi back?
