Wifi doesn't work

My nbn box has been set up for a few days, but the wi-fi still doesn't wiork. It brings much invonvenience to my life. Could you fix it up ASAP?

Could you confirm if you are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network but no internet? Or there's no Wi-Fi network at all?
