Wifi not working

Unable to connect any devices to the wifi - system has been working perfectly up until yesterday. Advice received from TPG that NBN outage planned yesterday. All NBN & modem lights are on and devices show a full bar for wifi signal. But when attempts are made to access all devices say no internet connection. Do I need a tech to sort this out?
