Wifi signal cant connect

Hi. 

 
We are using home bundle with Huawai router. Last night our electricity went down twice and now phones and computers cant connect to the wifi while they can still pick the signal. The wifi symbol comes with ! mark and every time we try to connect to the wifi it says "internet connection may not be available". Please advise.

We've managed to run a remote test and I'm currently not seeing any line issues. In fact, I now see a stable connection on your modem for 8 hours. Can you please test your service again and let us know should you need further contact for troubleshooting assistance or you may also utilise our self-help options located Support / Wi-Fi troubleshooting steps - No Internet/Connection
