Is the modem/router still stuck on the 'Waiting to be automatically configured' page? Usually a factory reset or soft-reboot will do the trick.
If the issue still persists, send me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time so we can arrange our Technical Team to contact you for complete the modem/router configuration.
As mentioned above,that message doesn't go away and I have no connection.
