I have reset modem, tried to connect using LAN and did whatever I could. But, I am still getting this message.
Tried to contact via phone, but no one answers. It's been 2+ days and it's impacting my work. Can you please suggest ASAP. Thanks

I have no internet for 4 days now and have to use my phone 4G to connect. This is ridiculous that we have to work from home. TPG didn't care about their customer. Online chat is always engaged and never get to support agent. RIDICULOUS!!!!
