hi i have recieved my modem and have been waiting sice a week to get any message from tpg about service activation or technician arrival. technical support is absolutely nuts every time they forwad me to case manager i have to sit and look at screen for constant oone hour without any reply. 

i m studying from home i need internet asap.

i have a green dsl light just no internet
