Hello, I was currently on5G ADSL Broadband first month trial. However, I am not satisfied with the speed of the network.

 

I would like to cancel the 5G ADSL Broadband. I will need to send back the Sagemcom Fast 5866T modem. Can you please let me know how to ship it back? by the way, I was thrown out of the outer box of the modem. If it can't be received, Can I know how much I will be charged?anyway, I need to cancel the plan as soon as possible.
