I need to cancellation my NBN service and I have spent 2 days on this stupid web chat thing. All customer service agent just transfer me to another team and told me they are available now, but after I waited 2 hours still no replay. This has happened 9 times. Very disappointing on TPG customer service. So except the web chat or phone call which will never be picked up, is there anyway I can cancel my NBN service?
