cancellation

I would like to cancel my TPG service (internet), I have been trying and struggling to cancel my account for the last week without any success, I have called and TPG doesn’t answer the phone, and neither the chat, and TPG doesn’t have any form to request it online, and I found this very convenient only for TPG, l must do it urgently.
