Hi, received your email saying my Nbn 50mb plan will rise $5 dollar next month, and recommend me to change into 5G broadband, then showing my address is not available 5G.

if my address is not available, when will it be available? the area is Sunnybnak Hills 4109 Brisbnae 

your 4G is good or not? how to try it and not cancel my NBN , and the cost and how to return?

Hi @topyang8, 

If your address is not yet eligible for 5G home broadband, you can switch to 4G Home Wireless and have a 7-day trial period to see if it will suit your needs. Within the trial period, you have the option to revert to NBN but once it has ended, your NBN service will be completely cancelled. You can get up to 20Mbps maximum off-peak speed which is suitable for browsing, emails, social media, streaming music, SD and HD video.
