discontinue service - ADSL

Hi.

 

I want to disconnect my ADSL service with TPG.

 

I have already contacted customer serivce and they send they would send me a form to fill out but no form ever came to the designated email address.

I tried to contact customer serivce again and mutipule time it droped off before i could chat with someone

 

is the disconnect form avaiable somewhere else?

why so hard to discontinue a serivce.

I have already switch to NBN with another provider,

the ADSL line is no longer connected to the house.

why you still charging me?
