e-mail messages undelivered, or delivered to "bulk mail" or "junk" folders

Recently I have found that e-mail messages sent via tpg.com.au have not been delivered or are sent to recipients' bulk mail or junk mail folders.

In the case of the undelivered e-mail, I received the following message:

The following message to ... was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 550-'5.7.1 Connection refused. 60.241.0.14 is blacklisted in Invaluement RBL List. See http://www.invalument.com/removal'
Reporting-MTA: dns; rpt-glb-asav5.mgt.tpgtelecom.com.au

 

What is the problem here, and how can I get it fixed?

Hi @Pedro,

We recommend to raise this directly to our Postmaster for urgent handling and assessment. Simply send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au and include the TPG username and E-mail address.
