Hi 

My acount was hacked recently its now been restored however i cant send email from Outlook Microsoft 365

but i can my my iphone. 

this is the message "error 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User XXXXXX@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse"

Have you tried changing your email account password?

If not, try it first and retest it. Are you using an email client or TPG Post Office?

If via Email client, could you try sending emails via Post Office if it's going to work?
