Get online support
The Connection light on my NBN modem is flashing red and clicking, and I can't connect to the internet, after a storm tonight.
There is no outage listed at my address.
I have reset both modems to no avail.
What do I do now?

We can see that the issue affecting the service is now under assessment of our Engineering Team, further updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available.
We will chase this with them to prioritise this case, let us know should you require further assistance.
