getting super slow speeds of 10Mbps on a NBN100

@TPG, any explanation here?

Are you reducing speeds during peak periods at this time due to congestion on your network? I’m still under contract but if this evening performance continues what are my options? Can I break contract and move to another provider where I’ll
get better value for money?

@Riezl it's fine during off-peak time but still ongoing every evening around 8pm. Speeds drop dramatically at this time and has been ongoing for the past few weeks. This should still be investigated please.

Despite no longer with TPG as of 2 days ago because of this "peak" time disablement of speeds to apalling speeds. As itwas bad enough to force me to change providers Smiley Sad

Still following this thread to get an understanding on what the cause was seeing as multiple people are affected across different geographic locations which rules out any nbn node fault.

Please provide any insight once you get to the bottom of this.
