Hi TPG NBN Delivery Team
I call TPG NBN support phone, it told me that NBN is installing.
but I keeps on getting text message that TPG is activing my NBN account,
since I have only one phone socket, so I have to disconnect ADSL and connect NCD/modem.
I leave NCD/modem a few days, then I don't have internet access for a few days.
once I connect back to ADSL, I would get text message again to ask me to connect NCD/modem.
it is so annoying.
Understand all troubleshoot didn't work,
you have got only one socket,
NCD connected directly to socket without any filters,
only power light is solid,
and we did multiple reset as well - still no joy
I checked your call-out records,
possible Telstra tech bypassed DPU at Pitt.
So that I created a ticket for NBN tech visit,
you will receive a call back soon to confirm appointment date and time,
till that please keep your TPG ADSL,

I get phone call from Telstra, they told me that my NBN cable is still under construction
